I am somewhat disturbed by one of the comment made by one of my colleague in hostel.
He was implying that there were people gossiping behind his back. I am not too sure if he is refering to me, but certainly this feeling is not nice.
1) By putting it up on Facebook.
It is a public declaration, and it puts the team down. I am not too sure if there are people who gossips about you, but you are telling the world that there is. This is not very fair to your whole team, especially the team consists of people who supports you.
2) By not talking to that person directly
I don't know who you are refering to, but it is not fair to that person if you think that he is gossiping about you. Why don't you check with him personally before you decide for yourselves that you are being gossiped.
But this is easier said then done. I face the same problem. I don't like to confront for fear of rejection and more conflict that would arise.
God. If you want me to talk to him, please give more sign.
