民主主义操作的先决条件是投票者必须清楚知道投票的意义，投票者必须是有思想、理性且在一定程度上必须要有智慧。否则，投选出来的结果未必是最理想的结果。

具体地说，在选领袖时，有权投票的人必须知道他们手中一票是有多神圣的。我质疑的是在最近那一场选举中，投票者是否在感性煽动的情形下，或在无知、无思想下投。

投选结果显示人们对领袖的道德观是不怎么重视的。
而这也是我最气愤的原因。
